Brands
We carry products from our Family Farm, 3R Livestock & Land as well as products made by our loved ones. Our daughters have 3R Fibers currently offering custom knitted Pixie Bonnets & Little Red's beeswax based products. Our 15 year old son runs Birchwood Taxidermy, he and his younger brother will occasionally have other projects featured and available. We hope to feature other local artisans on a rotational basis.
Our Vision
3R started with a prayer, then a dream, followed by a whole lot of learning & hard work. Our goal as a family is to diversify and work in partnership with the land to bring natural nourishing food and products to our community. We focus heavily on family & education. We are passionate about supporting the agricultural community in Central Oregon. We specialize in selling diverse products including goats & pigs on the hoof, soaps, crafts, and eggs while focusing on education and service to our customers. We are always learning, growing, adding new products, and most importantly focused on doing it all as a family.
Animal Husbandry
Anyone that has worked with livestock knows they are just looking for expensive ways to get in trouble. Our primary line of defense is quality breeding stock followed by prevention in the form of clean safe shelters, plenty of space, quality food, fresh clean water, vitamins & minerals, & vaccines. When facing a health issue, we turn first to holistic measures and second to chemical measures. We work with a large animal vet who aligns with our goals and values.
Who We Are
At 3R Livestock & Land, firstly we are a family of 7 + 2 and a couple of friends that have become family. Secondly, we are community members focused on serving where we can make a difference. Finally, we are farmers, we may be small but we have big dreams and solid goals.
